WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Base Pay of $18 to $20 per hour plus commission equals up to $30 per hour
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement for full-time team members (up to $250/month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: Property and Casualty License
- Required: Experience in managing customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
